FireSquire is a record-keeping tool for fire safety compliance. It is not legal advice, and it does not perform inspections or maintenance.

The building owner remains responsible for compliance with the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, O. Reg. 213/07 (the Ontario Fire Code), and any other applicable law. Certified work (annual maintenance, internal maintenance, hydrostatic testing) must be performed by qualified companies; FireSquire only records it.

Inspection records are append-only by design: once recorded they cannot be edited or deleted through the product. Keep your account credentials secure; records are attributed to the signed-in user.
