FireSquire stores the information you enter to keep fire safety records: your account details, buildings, extinguisher data, inspection results, and photos you take of equipment.

Your data is hosted in a Canadian data centre (Montreal). We do not sell it or share it with third parties except the services needed to run FireSquire (hosting, email delivery, payment processing).

Photos should show equipment, not people. If a photo incidentally captures a person, you can replace it by re-doing the inspection photo.

If you cancel, you keep read access to your records and can export them as PDF. To delete your account and data entirely, email us.
